Pay it Forward: PASS Housing Fundraiser a Success

There was food, fun and lots of love at the party hosted by Butch Batchelor on May 25th.

Instead of having a birthday party, Butch decided to use this get-together to help give back to PASS Housing, in which his daughter participates. It was the perfect night to bring friends and family together to share about PASS Housing and the ways that it has impacted the housing members’ lives.

“We can’t accurately express how important this opportunity has been for Taryn and our family, knowing that she will be safe, happy, and included in a community that supports and encourages a full and exciting life in the coming years,” said Butch. “So many of you have been instrumental in helping Taryn become the individual she is today and now PASS has given her the opportunity to continue to grow and develop throughout her lifetime. We feel profoundly fortunate to know that Taryn’s future is secure. We are now hoping to give other families the same opportunity.”

We're happy to announce that the evening brought in even more money than we had hoped for! Butch’s family and friends’ generosity raised more than $35,000--and all of that money will go directly to helping young adults with autism find safe, inclusive and supportive housing.
