PASS Marketplace
PASS members engage in tailored employment training through PASS Marketplace, our onsite social enterprise. Members assist with tasks that support the Marketplace while learning to work in a team setting and in social environments.
Tanya Salih, a young adult enrolled at PALS Adult Services Society (PASS), is responsible for designing the majority of the labels and artwork pieces used on our products. Tanya employs a meticulous process that includes selecting a design, sketching the artwork by hand, and using Paint 3D to edit the final design. Each young adult has a unique contribution to offer and together they create quality products that are available to purchase the whole year round.

Signature Candles
Our hand-poured soy candles with cotton wicks have a 25 hour burn time and come in five unique scents. Made with pure essential and fragrance oils, our candles are petroleum free and come in a recyclable aluminum tin can.
Artwork Card Sets
These cards are a themed collaboration between PASS members and their expressive arts therapist. These whimsical mini canvases come in a box set of ten 4” x 6” cards and envelopes.
Macramé Plant Hangers
These beautifully handcrafted macramé plant hangers are 25" long and are suitable for small potted plants. These vintage inspired plant hangers are designed with natural cotton rope, these hangers save shelf-space and make your plants pet-proof!
About PASS Marketplace
Adults with autism have the ability and the desire to work, yet their unemployment rate is a staggering 86%. When adults with autism join the workforce, workplaces and businesses become more diverse, equitable and innovative. At PASS, we know if adults with autism are provided with tailored skills training and support, they can be successful in the workforce.
To provide supported employment training for all members, and recognizing that not all are comfortable in a formal workplace setting, we developed and launched PASS Marketplace, a custom gift and small packaging social enterprise. The enterprise produces a variety of products in-house ranging from candles and cards to spice blends and tea mixtures. We also offer a number of different services including custom label designs, product packaging and product assembly.
