Andrea Kasunic
INTERIM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Andrea Kasunic has been actively involved with PASS Adult Services Society since its founding in 2010, through her leadership in the School Program at PALS Autism Society. Stepping in to support PASS as the Interim Executive Director in May 2024 was a straightforward transition given Andrea’s knowledge of the operations at PASS and her extensive experience in administration. Her advocacy for group learning and community inclusion aligns perfectly with the values at PASS. Andrea is also a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst since 2009 and holds a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology and Special Education.

Helen Ng
PROGRAM MANAGER
Helen Ng holds a medical degree and has over a decade of doctoring experience in the Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam before emigrating to Canada.
She joined the PASS team in 2014 as a volunteer and now serves as the Program Manager for the Vancouver and Burnaby locations. She obtained her board certification as an assistant behaviour analyst (BCaBA) in 2020.

Roisin Pender
BEHAVIOUR ANALYST
Roisin Pender studied in Ireland at the Dublin City University and Queen’s University Belfast. They have a Master of Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis and have been a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst since 2020.
They have been working with program members, their families, and the PASS team to provide value-based behaviour support at PASS since 2020.

Ribka Ameliana
BEHAVIOUR ANALYST
Ribka joined the PASS team in 2024. She received a Bachelor's Degree in ABA from Capilano University and a Master of Professional Education in ABA from Western University. Ribka began working with individuals with disabilities in 2012 in various capacities. She obtained board certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2021.

Lauren Crum
HOUSING & SPECIAL PROJECTS MANAGER
With over 15 years of experience in supporting seniors and individuals with autism, Lauren has been instrumental in the development of PASS Housing and Community. This initiative aims to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for young adults with autism to live independently from their families.
Since joining PASS in 2021, Lauren has been strongly committed to fostering collaboration between PASS, community members, stakeholders, and government agencies. She champions the principles of equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility, ensuring that they are seamlessly integrated into all facets of PASS Housing and Community. Lauren's dedication and leadership are vital in creating a supportive and empowering environment for those we serve.

Patty Lowe
ACCOUNTANT
Patty holds a CPA CGA designation and has worked in a variety of industries in her over 20-year professional career. In the past 15 years, she has honed her skills in charities, working and volunteering on boards of various charities throughout the lower mainland. Patty enjoys working in charities as she feels her work can have a direct impact in improving the lives of others and the community as a whole.
Since joining the organization as the Accountant in 2021, her position has evolved and grown as PASS as an organization has evolved and grown, and Patty relishes the challenge each new development has to offer. Patty loves working at PASS with such a talented and positive group of peers.

Cady Corman
DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Cady Corman has a Bachelor in Professional Communications from Royal Roads University, a Diploma in Writing and Publishing from Okanagan College, and holds a Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) designation. She has a background in marketing, communications, and fund development.

Kimberly Alexander
EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM LEAD
Kimberly Alexander has a Bachelor in Communications and a diploma in Magazine Publishing from Capilano University and in Film and Video from BCIT.
She has been employed at PASS since February 2019 starting as a sub and currently as the Employment Program Lead. The Employment Program seeks to find paid and volunteer positions in the community for our members to gain experience and grow their skills.

Agata Makowiecka
SOCIAL ENTERPRISE LEAD
Agata Makowiecka studied at the University of Nicolaus Copernicus in Poland and ULPGC in Spain and holds a Master’s degree in Anthropology of Culture.
She has been employed at PASS since August 2019, serving as the Social Enterprise Lead for PASS Marketplace since 2022.
PASS Marketplace offers training and job opportunities to program members, who through this initiative, become production assistants, honing their work skills and fostering independence as they overcome workplace challenges.

Sarah Ferreira
SITE SUPERVISOR
Sarah Ferreira has a background in the wellness industry. Prior to PASS, she worked as a trauma informed yoga instructor for various clientele spanning from non-profits to large corporations.
She has been employed at PASS since January 2020. She started as sub and is currently the Site Supervisor at Vancouver. She leads the team supervisors in ensuring quality and standards-based program delivery. Her email address is sarah.f@passadultservices.ca.
