Welcome to PASS
PASS supports neurodiverse individuals and their families by providing comprehensive programs, services, and housing options.
PALS Adults Services Society (PASS) provides an innovative daily program and independent housing for autistic adults. Our autism-specific, development-based solutions for our members ensure that they can live vibrant, meaningful lives. Our approach is rooted in a continuum of training, community participation, employment and independent housing opportunities.
PASS Daily
PASS Daily was established to provide a continuum of training and development for autistic adults aged 19-35. Led by a highly qualified team of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) professionals, our structured, purposeful, and intensive program supports members in acquiring and developing the life skills they need to become more independent and integrated in their community.
PASS Housing
Our housing initiative was designed to meet the pressing need of many members to have long-term living solutions that are safe, financially sustainable, inclusive, and independent from their family's home. Our approach to housing centers around long-term rental units, at affordable rates, for individuals with developmental disabilities and their caregivers.
PASS Marketplace
To provide supported employment training for all members, we developed and launched PASS Marketplace, our social enterprise. The enterprise produces a variety of products ranging from candles and cards to spice blends and tea mixtures. We also offer services including custom label designs, product packaging and product assembly.

Douglas
"Parents worry about their child with autism being in school, but you have 60 years after they finish school that you need to figure out. That realization doesn't hit you until your child graduates from high school and then you ask, "What's next?" It's one of the scariest moments when you finally look up and see this huge horizon in front of you." - Kelly, Douglas’ mother
Charlie
“Charlie would meet in the community centre. He would volunteer at the seniors center. He would do activities like bowling and swimming. Over the years, we realized that although it was lovely that Charlie was included in the community, I felt like he wasn’t engaging with the community. He was starting to drift.” - Yuko, Charlie’s mother
Julia
“Julia has been a huge asset to our organization over the past seven years. The joy she takes in her work, the skills she brings, her determination to succeed and positive attitude make her a highly valued member of our staff. Julia shows us daily that disability does not define who we are and must not limit our opportunities.” - Dr. Stacy Sprague, Julia’s employer
