Get Involved with our Employment Program

Did you know that autistic adults have the lowest employment rate in Canada, at just 14.3 percent, when compared to the general population at 92.7 percent? At PALS Adult Services Society (PASS), we are working to change this by providing our members with employment training and employment opportunities.

If you have a business in the Lower Mainland, you can partner with us to help!

At PASS, our members take great pride in their work and have proven capabilities in various tasks, including:

  • Simple office work, such as shredding, typing, transcribing, scanning, filing, and organizing.

  • Food preparation, such as portioning, using a scale, packaging.

  • Cleaning, including laundry, mopping, sweeping, sanitizing, vacuuming, among other skills.

Become an Employment Program Partner

By partnering with our employment program, you can be an inclusive employer, fostering a workplace that accepts individuals with disabilities. Benefits of partnering:

  • Inclusive Employer: Demonstrate your commitment to diversity and inclusion by providing equal opportunities for individuals on the Autism Spectrum.

  • Acceptance of Disabilities: Showcase your organization as one that values and embraces the unique abilities and perspectives of all individuals.

  • Skill Development: Support individuals on the spectrum in honing their skills and contributing meaningfully to your workplace.
